The park's golden savannah is dominated by massive herds of African elephants, while the air is filled with the calls of the vibrant yellow-collared lovebirds, which can be heard from afar. As you explore, you'll encounter a variety of wildlife, including lions, giraffes, warthogs, ostriches, impalas, cheetahs, mongooses, buffaloes, and baboons. After a day of adventure, you'll spend your first night in Karatu.

Day 2: Karatu - Serengeti National Park

After a delicious breakfast, we will set off for the Serengeti National Park. If you're lucky, you may spot some wildlife along the way, as we pass by the rim of the Ngorongoro Crater. The Serengeti, Tanzania’s oldest and most visited national park, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and recently recognized as one of the Seven Wonders of the World. It is famed for the annual migration of the herds and its thriving wildlife population. We will enjoy a picnic lunch atop one of the park’s scenic kopjes (rock outcroppings) before embarking on an exciting game drive deeper into the park. After the drive, we will head to the Serengeti Camp, where you’ll have access to excellent camping facilities and a delicious meal to end the day.

Day 3: Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro Crater

Our day will start with an early morning game drive in the heart of the Serengeti. As the sun rises, the savannah comes to life, filled with the harmonious sounds of birds welcoming the new day. Your guide will carefully observe the tracks on the ground, tracking predators through the landscape. Afterward, we will head to the rim of the Ngorongoro Crater for an overnight stay. Dinner will be served, and you'll enjoy comfortable facilities for the night.

Day 4: Ngorongoro Crater to Karatu

Few safari destinations offer the effortless game viewing found in the Ngorongoro Crater.
